Free things in Chyszówki: 4 places on a mountain walk, from Mogielica and its reserve to the Śmigły-Rydz Pass and the Zbójnicki Stół rock.
Every place in Chyszówki is mountain and nature terrain that you see without a ticket. Comfortable shoes and fair weather are all you need.
Which places in Chyszówki are free?
The first goal is Mogielica, the highest peak of the Beskid Wyspowy (1,170.2 m), also marked as a place with a fine view. Beside it lies the Mogielica reserve, and by the paved road from Jurków to Słopnice you will find the Śmigły-Rydz Pass. The fourth stop is Zbójnicki Stół, a sandstone rock at about 1,128 m.
What can you see from Mogielica itself?
A twenty-metre lookout tower stands on the summit, and from the viewpoints and clearings you can see the Beskid Sądecki, the Pieniny, the Gorce and the Tatra. The route up follows the green trail from the pass through Mocurka and the Wyśnikówka clearing, passing Zbójnicki Stół on the way. For someone without a car the point is simple: once you reach the pass, the rest is on foot.
