"Our Revolution" - Polish Cinema Day

"Our Revolution" as part of Polish Cinema Day tells the story of Jacek and Grażyna Kuroń. Jacek is portrayed as impulsive, outspoken and charismatic, Grażyna as brave, delicate and full of warmth. Both are in love with each other and convinced that together they can change the world. The Kurońs renounce privacy to dedicate their lives to fighting for freedom. Their apartment becomes the opposition's "headquarters", a meeting place for people willing to risk everything for a better tomorrow. However, this idea has its price. Moments of intense intimacy are interspersed with years of separation, when prison bars divide the couple. After martial law breaks out, they must make decisions that no one would want to make. The question the description seeks to answer: can love prevail in such difficult times?
