"THE BEST OF"

Concert "THE BEST OF" performed by Trio Mozdzer Danielsson Fresco. The ensemble has achieved in Poland a success previously reserved for popular music: concert halls sold out and albums reached the top of sales charts, despite the trio playing improvised music. The probable source of this success is the melodic quality, noble sound and virtuosity of all three musicians. The trio consists of: - Lars Danielsson – bassist, one of Europe's best jazz bassists. He is highly experienced and plays avant-garde jazz as well as so-called "mainstream jazz" with equal ease. He has also participated in recordings of pop, ethnic and classical music. He has classical training. - Leszek Możdżer – Polish pianist and piano virtuoso. He moves freely across various musical styles, and his sensitivity is very similar to Danielsson's. - Zohar Fresco – widely known in the world of frame drums virtuoso, visionary and teacher who has many students and followers. The music of Trio Mozdzer Danielsson Fresco combines several worlds: the noble sound of classical music, the melodic poetry of jazz, spatial arrangements, virtuosic displays and intricate pulsations of Far Eastern percussion art.
