"Mamma Mia 2" - tribute to Abba - concert

"Mamma Mia 2" is a concert-spectacular in the style of a tribute to ABBA, continuing Teatru Variete Muza's "Mamma Mia Tribute to Abba" show. The performance features theater artists portraying members of the Swedish quartet: Anni-Frid Lyngstad, Benny Andersson, Björn Ulvaeus, and Agnetha Fältskog. According to organizers, they resemble the originals and sound like the original vocalists of the group. The show will transport the audience back to the 1970s and the height of ABBA's popularity on the world's dance floors. During the concert on January 29, 2027, you will hear live performances of songs and interesting facts from the band's history. The program includes "SOS", "Mamma Mia", "Dancing Queen", "I Have A Dream", "Money Money Money", "Fernando", "Honey, Honey", "Take a Chance on Me", "Waterloo", "Hasta Mañana", "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!", "Chiquitita", "Voulez-Vous", "Super Trouper", "Does Your Mother Know", "I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do", "Lay All Your Love On Me", "Thank You For The Music", and "Knowing Me Knowing You". The repertoire is supplemented by the most popular songs from the "Voyage" album released in 2021, which were not performed in the first part of the show. Organizers describe the concert as a tribute to the band, meant to remind older audiences of their youth and school discos, while introducing younger viewers to ABBA's work. The concert lasts over two hours. In case of cancellation, automatic refunds are provided.
