"Testosteron" is a comedy show by Teatru Bagatela about contemporary men. The pretext for male analysis of their own nature is one of the protagonists' wedding, or more precisely the refusal ("no") he heard from his chosen one. The play is a satire full of obscene jokes, discussing the biological place of hormone-driven males on the evolutionary ladder of humanity. At the same time, it seeks answers to the question of how to be a sensitive and tender man in today's world without being taken advantage of by women. The performance features actors from Bagatela, with Sławomir Sośnierz playing the role of the father of the would-be Groom.
In the first season, over 100 performances were watched by approximately 30,000 spectators. R. Pawłowski in the book "Pokolenie porno i inne niesmaczne utwory teatralne" (Kraków 2003) wrote: "Saramonowicz in a perverse way responds to the wave of women's literature under the sign of 'Bridget Jones' Diary' (...) Men examine this problem from another angle, namely phenomena such as infidelity or constancy are explained by examples from nature."
