"Polish Cuisine" is a culinary stand-up program performed by Chef Maciej. In this new version, the artist argues that traditional Polish cuisine is the best, citing Polish sushi—namely Szczecin stewed fish—as an example. According to him, Polish cuisine is gaining recognition worldwide, so it's worth taking pride in it.
During the performance, Chef Maciej teaches, demonstrates, and explains how to cook in an interesting and entertaining way. The program combines jokes, audience interaction, and culinary music. The underlying idea is that cooking is an art, and art should have good taste.
Chef Maciej is a professional comedian and chef with 16 years of experience. He gained recognition through TikTok and Instagram videos and now performs live on tour across Poland. His culinary stand-up is described as the first of its kind in Poland. The artist shares his own experiences with cooking and food, explaining, among other things, why potatoes changed his life and the lives of all his countrymen. During the program, he cooks live and at the end gives the audience portions of his dishes to taste. Viewers receive a dish prepared specially for this performance.
Practical information: The performance is intended exclusively for adult audiences (18+). Audio and video recording are prohibited. Intoxicated and disruptive persons will be asked to leave without ticket refund. Resale of tickets for profit is a crime (Art. 133 of the Criminal Code).
