Royal Classical Ballet - Swan Lake

The Royal Classical Ballet under the direction of Marcin Rolczyński will present "Swan Lake" to the music of Pyotr Tchaikovsky at Oświęcimskie Centrum Kultury. The event will take place on March 4, 2027 at 7:00 PM. The plot centers on young Prince Siegfried, who falls in love with Odette, transformed into a swan by a sorcerer. Rothbart vows to destroy their love and employs intrigue, manipulation, and illusions. The performance raises the question of whether love and determination are enough to overcome the forces of evil. The production uses fairy-tale costumes and scenography. Classical choreography is based on lightness, precision, and perfection of form, while allowing dancers to convey the emotions and experiences of the characters. The performance is addressed to both classical ballet enthusiasts and those discovering the art of dance for the first time. This is an opportunity to see classical ballet with Tchaikovsky's music performed by the Royal Classical Ballet.
