"Others" (re-release) - DKF KOT

"Others" (re-release) is a film screened as part of DKF KOT at Małopolskie Centrum Kultury SOKÓŁ in Nowy Sącz. The screening will take place on 27.10.2026 at 18:10 in Sala im. Lucjana Lipińskiego, a large cinema hall. The film stars Nicole Kidman and Christopher Eccleston. The action takes place at the end of World War II in a vast, old house on an English island. Grace Stewart (Nicole Kidman) lives there with her two children and waits for her husband (Christopher Eccleston) to return from the front. The siblings suffer from "parchment skin," a type of "allergy" to daylight, and even the smallest ray of light could be fatal to the children. For this reason, the house remains shrouded in darkness all day long, with heavy curtains drawn tightly shut. One day, Grace discovers that someone else is staying in the house besides her and the children.
