"The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes" is a film set in the year of the Second Quarter Quell. A doubled number of tributes enter the arena at that time.
Among them is 16-year-old Haymitch Abernathy from District 12, who must face the Hunger Games, even more brutal than usual.
