or "Our Folks on Vacation in Egypt"

"Optimists" (or "Our Folks on Vacation in Egypt") is a comedy about a family taking their first vacation together to Egypt. Screenplay and direction: Krzysztof Czeczot, director of "Positive People". Cast: - Hanna Śleszyńska / Violetta Arlak - Karolina Gorczyca - Piotr Cyrwus / Jacek Lenartowicz - Marcin Korcz / Krzysztof Czeczot The action takes place at one of Egypt's resorts. Ewa (Karolina Gorczyca) has invited her parents, Kasia and Janek (Hanna Śleszyńska and Piotr Cyrwus), on an exclusive vacation to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary. But the trip unfolds differently than planned: mom complains, dad wears jeans despite the heat, her husband Adaś (Marcin Korcz) takes advantage of free drinks, and Ewa herself tries to make it through the stay. The vacation is all-inclusive, so everything must be drunk, eaten, danced, and swum because it's already paid for. They even keep a checklist of what has already been eaten, drunk, swum, danced, or jogged. Krzysztof Czeczot on the show: "Over the past year I've traveled to various resorts to see what happens on all-inclusive vacations. The stories I witnessed I've cranked up so that this evening will be wonderful entertainment for our audiences. I'm convinced that everyone will have a great time watching a comedy they've never seen in theater before!" In the Egyptian heat, there's no shortage of hot emotions.
