A pass (718 m) in the Little Beskids on road no. 781, a trail junction and the former route of the Kocierz Highway.
Kocierska Pass (718 m above sea level) lies in the Little Beskids, between Błasiakówka and Roczenka. It is the lowest point in the main ridge of the Andrychów Beskids and at the same time a junction point where the ridges of Góra Cygańska, Kocierz and Potrójna meet.
Across the pass runs the border between Targanice in Lesser Poland (Małopolska) and Kocierz Rychwałdzki in Silesian Voivodeship, and voivodeship road no. 781 from Andrychów towards Żywiec. At the pass there is a sharp bend called Zakręt Beskid, and on both sides of the road two car parks. A merchants' route from Kraków through Żywiec to Hungary once ran this way, and at the end of the 18th century the road was turned into the Kocierz Highway (Gościniec Kocierski), according to Wikipedia the oldest paved road in Poland.
The pass is a trail junction; the Little Beskids Trail (Mały Szlak Beskidzki) passes through it, towards Potrójna and Łamana Skała and towards Leskowiec. At the pass operates a leisure resort with a hotel, restaurant, swimming pool and rope park, which also runs a ski lift on the eastern slope.
