Pavilion on the Gorlice Market Square from 2013, combining a tourist information point, a multimedia room and exhibition space.
The Gorlice Town History Pavilion stands at Rynek 2 and was opened on 1 February 2013 as part of the revitalisation of the Gorlice Old Town. It serves as a cultural and educational centre and as a tourist information point.
The pavilion has an exhibition space, a multimedia room for 20 people with a projector, two computer stations with free Wi-Fi and a toilet accessible to people with disabilities. Visitors receive materials about the town and the region and information about attractions, events, accommodation, catering and transport.
Film screenings, photography and art exhibitions, lectures, chamber concerts and multimedia presentations on the history and geography of the region are organised here. Together with the museums of the region, the pavilion runs classes for school groups. Right next door are the Museum Manor Houses of the Karwacjan and Gładysz Families and the PTTK Regional Museum.
