A manor park of 2.8 ha around the Baden family's Neoclassical manor house of 1874, with a viewing mound and natural monuments.
Wadów Park is a manor park of 2.8 ha in the Wzgórza Krzesławickie district of Kraków, between Jaskrowa, Kosów and Glinik streets. It was created in the second half of the 19th century around the Baden family's Neoclassical manor house of 1874.
The manor stands in the centre of the park, and the whole complex was entered in the Kraków heritage register on 21 December 1998. After the Second World War the estate was parcelled out, in the 1960s and 1970s the farm buildings and the wall were demolished, and the ponds were drained. A nursery school operated in the manor until 1983. Today the manor is only secured against deterioration.
The tree stand includes old trees, limes, oaks, elms and horse chestnuts. In 2017 five trees were added to Kraków's list of natural monuments. A viewing mound has survived in the south-eastern part, and a flower garden with four beds has been recreated by the terrace.
