A park of 3.18 ha by the Białoprądnicki Manor House, with an avenue of limes, elms and horse chestnuts, the Białucha river and a playground.
Tadeusz Kościuszko Park in Kraków lies in the Prądnik Biały district, by the Białoprądnicki Manor House. It covers 3.18 hectares and lies between the streets Łukasza Górnickiego, Białoprądnicka, Papiernicza and Józefa Mackiewicza.
The history of the park goes back to the 16th century. Around the former fortified manor house a Renaissance garden was then laid out, with four ornamental beds and avenues of limes, hornbeams and elms. After the Swedish destruction a Neoclassical manor house was built from the remains of the walls.
Two main avenues cross in the middle, and by the crossing grows a large sycamore maple. Limes, elms and horse chestnuts dominate. The Białucha flows through the park, with footpaths and cycle paths running along it. There is a children's playground and outdoor exercise equipment, and next to it stand the Clepardia sports club and an open-air swimming pool.
The manor house hosts the "Dworek Białoprądnicki" Cultural Centre, which organises events for residents. The route of cycle route no. 1 from Plac Matejki to Bibice is also planned through the park.
