About Museum and Centre of the Scout Movement

A branch of the Museum of Kraków in Fort 52a Jugowice, with exhibitions on the history of the fort and of Polish scouting.

The Museum and Centre of the Scout Movement is a branch of the Museum of Kraków at ul. Forteczna 28, in the Swoszowice district. It is housed in Fort 52a Jugowice, a nineteenth-century Austrian fortress that belongs to the Kraków system of fortifications.

For schools the branch has prepared more than ten programmes from nursery to secondary school, including outdoor games and visits with a focus on scouting in the Second World War and on the history of the fort.
