TOSiR ice rink on ul. Wojska Polskiego in Tarnów

The covered ice rink at Wojska Polskiego 14 in Tarnów is run by the Tarnów Centre of Sport and Recreation (TOSiR). The ice is artificially frozen and a roof stands over the surface, so skating does not depend on precipitation. The facility operates seasonally, in the winter months.

What skating is like

Admissions take place in 45-minute sessions, alternately in sector A and sector B of the rink, with a break for cleaning the ice in the middle of the day. According to the centre's website the rink is open from 10:00 to 21:00, and card payment is possible. The rules and price list are on the TOSiR website.

Nearby

It is about a kilometre to the centre of Tarnów. After skating you can visit Piaskówka Park, and with children Xtreme Kids is a good choice. TOSiR has a second covered ice rink in the city, at ul. Traugutta 5a.
