A church from 2012-2015 with the Bobola Paths and a belfry.
The Church of St Andrew Bobola in Śnietnica is a new parish church in Uście Gorlickie municipality, built in 2012-2015. It stands beside the historic tserkva (wooden Eastern-rite church) of St Demetrius, which for half a century served the faithful as a church.
The building permit was issued by the Gorlice starost in September 2012. The foundation stone was laid on 29 September 2013. The design was prepared by the architect Grzegorz Ratajski. The consecration took place on 3 September 2016. In the main altar is a painting of the patron, St Andrew Bobola, and the church was built with the support of parishioners and sponsors.
In the courtyard stands a figure of the patron, and beside the church run the Bobola Paths (Dróżki Bobolowe), recalling his life. By the church are a presbytery, a pre-funeral chapel and a belfry with three bells, two of the smaller ones moved from the neighbouring tserkva.
