A wooden Baroque church from around 1730 with a painting of Our Lady of Wiśnia.
St Martin's parish church in Wiśniowa is a wooden church from around 1730, listed in the heritage register as Baroque. It belongs to a parish in the Dobczyce deanery of the Archdiocese of Kraków.
The church was consecrated on 3 November 1747 by Bishop Michał Kunicki, auxiliary bishop of Kraków. It is a single-nave building of log construction, with a smaller chancel and a two-storey sacristy. At the end of the 19th century a new sacristy was added and the nave extended, and in 2001 the walls were clad in boards.
On the high altar hangs a painting of Our Lady of Wiśnia, painted in the 17th century. The polychromy with plant motifs was made in 1910 by Michał Tarczałowicz, and the organ was built around 1908 by Tomasz Fall of Szczyrzyc. Next to the church stands a wooden post-construction belfry with a bell from 1726. In the lime-tree park by the church runs a Way of the Cross with stone obelisks.
