A brick church from 1952 with a limestone façade and a roof in the Podhale style.
The Church of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Gronków is a brick parish church from 1952. Its style refers to the wooden churches of Podhale.
The building plot was donated by Wiktoria Wilczek-Witkowa. Work began in 1947 to a design by Tadeusz Brzoza, and the consecration took place on 22 June 1952. The tower was added after 1954. In 1967 Cardinal Karol Wojtyła blessed the chapels of the mysteries of the rosary around the church, and in 2007 the majolica sculptures of the mysteries of light on the outer walls were blessed.
The three-aisled brick church has a façade of white-pink limestone. The steep roof with wide eaves and decorated beams recalls the Podhale style, and the larch ceiling of the nave has a coffered layout. The three altars, the pulpit and the bas-reliefs of the Stations of the Cross are made of stone, and a sandstone sculpture stands in the main altar. In the area lies the Przełom Białki pod Krempachami nature reserve.
