A Neo-Gothic parish church from 1911-1934 designed by Augustyn Tarkowski, with an altar from 1934.
The Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Wola Rzędzińska is a Neo-Gothic parish church in Tarnów municipality. It was built over more than twenty years, from 1911 to 1934.
The first church in the village was built in 1903. The present church was raised on its site to a design by the Tarnów architect Augustyn Tarkowski. By 1918 a new chancel and side chapels had been built beside the old building, then the old church was demolished and the nave with the tower was built. During the Second World War the roof, the small bell turret and the stained glass were damaged, and the repair of the damage lasted until 1950.
It is a single-nave church with a chancel closed on three sides and chapels in the form of a transept. The western façade is crowned by a tower with a pyramidal helmet. The interior has rib-and-cross and star vaults and Neo-Gothic furnishings. In the main altar from 1934 is a painting of Our Lady of Perpetual Help flanked by sculptures of St Peter and St Paul. The parish also mentions a pipe organ built in the 1990s.
