Ściejowice
About Manor House in Ściejowice

A listed Neoclassical manor house with an outbuilding, a wheelwright's workshop and the remains of a Romantic park.

The manor house in Ściejowice is a Neoclassical manor complex from the first half of the 19th century, lying in Ściejowice in Kraków County. It is entered in the heritage register.

What the complex includes

The monument comprises the manor house itself, an outbuilding with a stable, and a stelmacharnia, that is, a former wheelwright's workshop. Around them survive the remains of a park in the Romantic style, laid out around 1850.

The available sources give no details of the history of the owners, the furnishings of the interiors or the present use of the buildings, so it is not known whether they can be visited. The complex is best treated as a stop on an excursion around the area, for example together with the Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec.

Practical information
